In season 2010/11, Walton Le Dale Welsh Don League had one Division consisting 13 teams.
Each team played each other team twice, making twenty-four fixtures in total for each team.
Each fixture consisted of five games, with the winning team of each game receiving one point. The team winning the most games in the fixture also received an additional two bonus win points.
Included in each fixture was a Bill Bullen Trophy game, which was also played on a League basis. This game was to have been the final game played on the night (6th game).
Any two players from each team could represent their team in the Bill Bullen League, it did not have to be the same two players each fixture.
At the end of the season, the top four teams in the Division of the Bill Bullen League contested the semi final stage, with the winner of the Division playing the fourth placed team and the runner up of the Division playing the third placed team.
